Why make changes to your content?

Why make changes to your content?

My website design companies often take on new clients with existing websites. Invariably the content is more than 2 years old or hasn’t been changed since it was launched by the previous designers. The new clients are often shocked to hear that they need to up-date the content to keep Google interested in their website and to engage with their customer base. I’m always amazed by the lack of interaction between client and designer in our industry, it’s an easy bit of knowledge to pass on.

Other website companies

So why do other website companies not educate their clients… I have a theory! I believe that they want to keep the knowledge to themselves. I believe that they want to make SEO and web design in general a “smoke and mirrors” industry, a dark arts world full of mystery. Well let me tell you it isn’t, it’s all simple and you can do most of it yourself. However, we find that most people want us to make the changes and keep their SEO up to date for them. If you want to know more about how content can help your Google placement call one of our team on 01379 851216.

Ulric are excellent. … More I've been a regular customer for nearly twenty years and all that time they've been consistently helpful and supportive both to me and to others I've recommended them to. Stewart and Alex will always take time to discuss and advise on even the smallest issue. Many thanks for a friendly and welcoming service.
